Where I will get AWB number for return passport after stamping Visa ?

Hi All,

My parents S.V got stamped in ChadIgarh High commission and i received below email /SMS .

"The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. 20220518INCDPKTABCDEF has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, ChandigarhOC on Thru. May 19 2022 via courier partner. Please use Tracking id. or the AWB number provided to track the shipment on the courier partners website after 24hrs."

But i did not got any AWB number yet ,
Do anyone of you know how I will get AWB number to track the return packet?
