What corrrespondance did you receive in January…have they started your background checks

Hand signature, I don’t know if they started or not because I can’t link my application, and they don’t answer the phone

Dont worry. Mine took 3 weeks. Normally it should not take more than two weeks.

@eliteguy, I don't mean to scare you but mine took about 95 days.. ..... But be rest assured......you will surely get it eventually( it is just waiting for a Senior Officer to sign off and close your file).

it is not normal, but it has taken more than 1 day for some people. Some people take one month while others just few hours to 1 day. Again don't worry about it you will get it soon

that means something was wrong in those forms so they are asking again police certificate is expired thats why they are asking again.

i am not sure about updated proof of contact
