For us the medical request came earlier than sponsor approval. I think you should get it soon.
Try to link through GC Key. We didn't receive any email for medical. Just got that through GC Key.

2 for parents
2 for sponsor and co-sponsor

Did you include co-signer in family size when linking to GCKey?

Also include your siblings even though they are over 22 and will not accompany your parents. Don’t include your kids.
