@SmzAmir
So does that mean
That if I get a portal email
So I won’t notice it Bcz I check status on the automated phone line ????
Bcz gckey account portal access is with my representative….
And all things will be under review until after the portal .. and will only change after we reply to portal and get ecopr ??
Yes, I have seen this in almost all of the applicants. Background check, eligibility, and final decision were still under review after they've received their portal.
Only after the eCOPR, they changed to passed. I remember someone mentioned he got his PR card and background check was still under review...lol...

Hi everyone,
I applied on October 29th, 2021 under tr to pr pathway Health care worker stream A (English speaking).

I received aor on April 13th, 2022
Medical passed April 14,2022 (already submitted before hand)

When application was submitted, pcc, ielts was valid.
Security and eligibility - under review.
My office is Sydney.
It's been more than a month. Any idea how long the process takes?

Any response will be appreciated.

Idk
Sometimes I feel
All the stuck files are handled by a bunch of lazy agents
Who just come chill and don’t work
There are people like that in every industry, unfortunately. I'm sure a lot of people here have been in Canada for many years, some even have been working as professionals for a while. Getting PR solo is absolutely an accomplishment for many people. Sadly, sometimes with a few exceptions, we are still here waiting for answers.

So... does that mean we need to reapply under CEC and apply for a refund for this pathway? I am more bewildered now.
I don't think we need to do this because eligibility review and background check will be done again.
So, it would take the same amount of time. In addition, we can only get refund for right of permanent residency fee and they won't refund the processing fee.
I don't wanna pay any extra money... lol
