Yes can i know at what time i can file visitor visa like after 2months im planning for visit to canada is that good time if i file in the month of july 1st week or june last week

You can file for a visitor visa anytime as it is two different approval processes. For TRV, you need to show travel history, funds for a visit (above what spouse showed if on a study permit or PGWP), and strong ties to home country (employment letter with leave, family such as children,properties, loan, investments) and reasons to visit. You have to prove you are visiting not coming to Canada to live.
