Yes, that happened to me as well. I was able to link on May 9, without any communication from IRCC though I had been given a TFN in a webform response on April 4. On that same day, May 9th, my Medical was 'passed' but on May 11, it disappeared, but I don't know what that means since the medical is still valid.

Hey guys, i got in touch with ircc agent, he told me my eligibility is yet to start as well as medical, but i have seen in most cases they pass medical the same day… anyone know why?

what about Feb people
I have seen Like 15 guys here who got aor in Jan-Feb with no updates
Like how is this even possible
Aor people getting confirmation in less than a month
And some stuck for no reason …

Have you guys tried to order CBSA notes? This is different than the GCMS that you can get from IRCC, it has details about which stage of criminality and security verification is done and which one is pending.

The Security Screening Program at CBSA is responsible for the security screening of foreign nationals who have been referred to the CBSA by an IRCC visa officer abroad or in Canada, who are seeking to come to Canada as a permanent resident, temporary resident (e.g. visitor) or refugee, or are already in Canada and seeking to remain as a temporary or permanent resident.

The CBSA is responsible for ensuring that there are no security concerns related to the individual seeking entry to Canada (e.g. counter terrorism, counter espionage, war crimes, crimes against humanity and organized crime) and, based on a thorough screening exercise (including the review of information and intelligence from a wide variety of internal and external sources), makes a recommendation to IRCC on the admissibility of the individual.

Haven’t even received GCMS notes been almost 20 days since I ordered them

And some stuck for no reason …

I think they are handling new cases differently. Similar to what happened to visitor visas and the two portals. The people who applied with the new portal got their answer in 30 days on average while in the old portal some people waited for months.
I can see the same thing happened with TR2PR applicants, the ones who got AOR last year are still waiting while the new ones getting their eCOPR. I received my AOR in Oct 15, 2021 and still waiting for approval.
It's so frustrating, I need to apply for new WP in Oct if I haven't received my PR and also my spouse is waiting to join me...

It doesn't hurt to apply for this one too. I heard CBSA is more on time in terms of deadline than IRCC.
I've also followed up with my MP, no response since Apr 12th.

So why not call him again Bcz usually they only take 30 days. If its more why don’t follow up ?! I know I have seen you from a long time in this thread .

I did actually, I've contacted him last week. He said he haven't received a response from IRCC yet!
Yeah, I really don't understand why my BGC took so long, I don't even have that much travel history

I've applied for my CBSA note 2 weeks ago so I'm still waiting on that. I'll let you know once I got a response.
Also, I haven't had any military history or governmental positions.
In my imm5669 I left those sections blank.

I really hope we all get it soon ! You been waiting since and you're always here to help us better understand the process so BIG Thank you...IRCC just give us the damn Ecorp Pls !!! I personally got the AOR in March and was only able to link in April, Last adr was a newly completed IMM5669.

I wish I knew the answer. I went back to see my inquiry in 2021 (I forgot what month) to IRCC regarding attaching the old medical records (no one really knew if the old ones would work. Some did attach them, while others didn't). And the agent 's response was something like " it is required to submit everything upfront" Then, I started seeing people post things like " I got ADRs" . I wondered why. I quickly thought about EE CEC , they didn't give anyone a chance to update their application if there's any error on it. They simply just cancle the application. In this case, TR to PR has a bit more flexibility. Let's just focus on the bright side!

Hi guys , I received aor on feb 7th , the visa office is Whitehorse and from end of march my info sharing is in progress and rest everything is passed except criminality and they told me in April , we will go back to criminality once info sharing is passed .I called IRCC on Monday and the agent told me info sharing is still in process when I asked them why it’s taking so long they said it’s an internal process so we can’t say anything and that broke my heart. I don’t know how long I have to wait .
