Based on the 2022-2024 Immigration Levels Plan,
IRCC sets a target of 40,000 ppl under Federal Economic Public Policies, which includes the time-limited temporary public policies for TR to PR, with all admissions anticipated by the end of 2023.

So, I belived TR2PR will be resumed in 2022 soon, but no updates so far.
Does anyone have any ideas or news? Please let me know. I appreciate it.

Unless I've missed an announcement, at this time there is no indication the TR to PR program will reopen. This just means they are still processing many of the TR to PR application from last year and are targetting to complete processing for all of these applications by end of next year.
