The system may not update yet, wait few days and try again.

Hi, Yes, it takes one or two days, then you can be registered for the status tracker.

Oct-07, 2021 applicant here(IRCC is currently processing Oct-13, 2021), got my AOR on Dec-31, 2021 but still getting "Incorrect UCI or application number. Please try again." error message while registering on Jan-16, 2022. How long before I can register, already waited for 10 days? Should I contact IRCC?

I think so. What I learnt from the forum that is usually works just after 24 hours. Unless you are entering wrong uci or application number, looks like you need to reach out IRCC.

I'm also facing same issue. Sent paper application and it was received by IRCC in October 2021. Got AOR this April. Not been able to create tracker account ever since and getting same "Incorrect UCI ......" error. I contacted IRCC and was just told to wait.
Anybody here able to move further?

I don't know if this means the application is processing or not, but if I were you, I would follow up constantly until this is resolved. 9 months is an extremely long period just to have the tracker working.
