I submitted my passport today at vfs Dubai.
No appointments needed. You can just walk in with your PPR letter, passport and photograph. I paid AED 28. According to VFS staffs it will take around 3 to 4 weeks to get the passport back. Not sure if it will take that long

Thanks for writing back. I am not in Dubai at the moment but want to send to Dubai vfs. Please can you give me more details

What is the process to submit the Passport to VFS? Any Appointment is required?
I got my PPR yesterday and want to submit my passport but could not find any information on VFS website.
Any does all Passport holders need to be present for passport submission or I can submit my spouse and dependents passport alone.

No appointment needed. Just present the RFV letter along with other documents required listed on your letter. My husband was with me the time I submitted our passport. But I think as long as the primary applicant is present during the passport submission that would be fine.

I will submit our passport tomorrow but I will not bring in my Spouse and Children for the submission.

Yes they will give it to you in VFS you can sign for them.

Did anyone of you received your passport back?
I got an SMS from VFS on Thursday that my application is under process at IRCC and the agent that served me told me that it may take up to 3 weeks to get the passport back. I have my friends in Saudi Arabia who submitted their passport after 10th May and received their stamped passport and COPR after 4 days. Don't know why in Dubai it is taking that long

Hi received my passport today! COPR received along the stamped passport. Submitted ours on May 12 and received today May 21. Canada here we come!
