I and my wife got PR in 2018, I have added my wife Name in my PR file. I only took ielts at that time my wife was added as my dependent

Now for the citizenship does she need to take ielts (General)

You can reuse your past IELTS results.

Your wife can can use a copy of her diploma or certificate (if it’s in English or along with official translation if it is not) which she claimed to have from the options in the citizenship application.

I would wait for somebody to confirm what I just said since I applied as a single, but it should be the same way for dependents.
