Super Visa 2022 Timelines

I submitted application for my parents with in advance medical test, below are the timelines:

Application submitted 31-Dec-2021
Biometrics request 04-Jan-2022
Biometric completed 13-Jan-2022
Medical completed 16-Feb-2022

No updates since 16-Feb. its about to complete 3 months after medical now. Please advise.

Mine is also at same status
Submitted on Jan 1st with upfront medical
Biometrics completed on Jan 10th
Medicals Passed on Feb 16th
After that - Radio Silence.

Application Submitted for my dad on March 22nd2023.
Biometrics updated in couple of days as (I had applied for their visitor visa previously in end of 2022 which was refused with reasons which didn't make sense)
Medical Request July 14, 2023
Medical Done on 17th July 2023 (Pakistan)

Is there any chance for PPR after medical request?
