We only got a letter from VO in Sydney, Nova Scotia, so I believe Sydney is our Visa Office. Not sure if it got transferred to somewhere else afterwards. I really hope we get passport request soon too.

What it mean getting ghost update on pr tracker?

On top left corner on the PA's PR tracker account there are 2 dates, the top one shows when your file was last updated, second shows when you last sign in...
The date that the file was last updated its called ghost update, as there is not visible change in your application...

**Question: my husband had to replace his passport because it was stolen. How do I notify the new passport number to IRCC? Will IRCC notify the Bio office immediately before his appt? Will this delay out app?

Usually it's not ghost update, just a system refresh from what I heard. Ghost updates are when you get notifications or see it in GCKey
