Sponsoring parents

Hi All,

need help with your right comments, I had applied PR for my parents under sponsorship last year but on monday i received an email from IRCC stating my brothers name and following information:

Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures. Please ensure to complete section A, section B and
section C as applicable. Be sure to not leave any fields blank or incomplete.

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM
5669) bearing an original signature. Please ensure that all questions under #4 a) through k) are answered and

we are confused about 5604e form as the principle applicant is my Dad then how can we fill this form for my brothers.

Can anyone please help us to understand what IRCC need from us, do they need my brothers all family details if yes what should i fill under applicant info.
