Can anyone suggest what can be done next.
i received a PFL yesterday woth just a week to reply.I had not mentioned about the previous USA tourist visa refusal in the work permit application this time.Since my agent had told me both are separate. My application was done in October 2021after seeing some rejections for this reason in the month of April I raised a webform and updated this information in the webform. Then to I received this letter now. What should I do further to clarify or withdraw my profile. Please help

Urgent requirement

- It's too late to withdraw once you've recevied a PFL.
- You need to respond to the PFL within the 1 week, confirm that you failed to mention a refusal and provide a high level explanation of why that visa was refused.
- Unfortunately you sent the webform too late to correct this problem. When IRCC finds an issue like this, they complete additional reviews before issuing the PFL. They had already found this misrepresentation by the time sent your webform and the PFL process was already in progress before you let them know about your error.

Okay.
Thanks for the information. I am kind of stuck now and can’t think of a reason to come up. Can I mention this that I gave all the details to my agent but he forgot to mention it. ?
and later when I asked him after few months on seeing such cases I asked him to update this in my file with webform. Will that work ?
Also USA tourist visa gets refused for no reasons. It was all verbal so I don’t know the particular reason. How do I justify this. ?
