Hey, I'm working in Ontario(NOC B 1221) from last one year on closed work permit and my my WP will expire in March 23. I don't have any job offer further..
My CSR score is 426.

Should I go through FSW or CEC or is there any other way to apply for PR?

Thanks in advance

You can set up your EE profile and be considered as both a FSW and CEC candidate.

The other option would be PNP. However your score is low for Ontario.

Thanks for your reply.
What's the minimum required CSR based on previous draw?

For FSW, you're going to need 480+

For CEC, it's hard to say. It depends on whether they have separate CEC draws or together with FSW and the frequency of draws / number of invites.

You should increase your score if you can.

One last question,
I have a two-year work permit till March-23.
Can I add this to in job offer LMIA (50 points) while updating the job offer option?

You don't get to choose your stream. When you enter the EE pool the system automatically determines if you are FSW or CEC based on the info you submitted.
For arranged employment, your job offer must last for at least a year after you get your PR and cannot be the same offer that you used to apply for your work permit
