My reference letter does not say full-time or 40 hours per week

I recently received a reference letter from my organization and it does not mention whether I work full time there or not.
However, it does say that I am a permanent employee of the company. Will this be sufficient?

I suggest doing whatever you can to convince them to put full time or concrete hours on the letter. You don’t to take chances.

I tried convincing my HR but he said that's how they have been issuing the letter only. But the thing is I haven't received my ITA and soon I will quit my company. After that company will not handle the quitters at all.
