Exactly after two months. After you send them all the documents you will receive an automated acknowledgment of receipt.
Applications around 9th March received ppr last Friday. You are near. Were you able to link prtd application to gckey?
Link application then I would suggest. Use pr card application. If application is found, means yours is under process.
I have submitted on Feb 26 by email and received AOR. Linked the application to GCkey. Application is found and says is under process. Yet to receive an update mail. It has been more than 2 months. Wondering if they are prioritizing students and employees over home maker spouses. Getting worried as days pass.
Did you receive acknowledge of receipt after sending application to IRCC.COVIDPRTD-TVRPCOVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca? I sent on June 17 and got nothing
I sent another email and got the acknowledge of receipt after 7 minutes.

When we apply PRTD there is section a for H&C grounds and in case person fill this H&C section..are supporting documents needs to be attached mandatory? Or mentioning the scenario in the respective section is good enough??
Also, if someone had a word with the agent that he needs to pick his card in-person cn we use that scenario in PRTD application and get the approval?
