I guess if you have a Federal body license will add more points ask about CIPS https://cips.ca/

It will not add more points as the NOC is not a licensed trade. You only get points for trade NOCs that require education and apprenticeship such as electricians.

Find a job, get a job offer and the employer pays $1k and files for a LMIA proving no CanaDian or PR can do the job. Once you have LMIA, file for a closed work permit. Few employers go through the process. If you want to live permanently in Canada, look at Express Entry.
