Am I legally allowed to do this? And wouble there be a restriction on where and for how long I can work? Long story short, I graduated with a math degree, got my pgwp, and now I want to work as psw so I'm considering an 80% online course by Atlantic college of applied health sciences. My advisor told me I don't need a study permit?

You can legally do it as long as the total duration of the program is six months or less.
the program only says it's 900 hours and 51 weeks is the maximum time limit but it doesn't have a particial length as its theory part is online and self paced. So is doing so still legal in this case?
51 weeks is a year. So that is too long. IMO this is not something you can do on a PGWP legally.
but that's just a time limit and what if most students can finish them in maybe 20 weeks?
IRCC will go by the program length listed on the web site. The web site lists 52 weeks. So they will say this program 1 year in length.
I mean you can easily do the math and figure out that this program is well more than six months even if someone completes the online study porfion quickly. The last 15 weeks is the practicum. You have to complete the 910 hours of online study before you can start the practicum. So you'd bascially have 9 weeks to complete the 910 hours of online study (if you want to complete the full program in six months) which means 100 hours of study per week. That's impossible.
