My documents are only say complete: true but not the document approved still says null

Hi , Did you sent the proof of the relationship ,which way you used to send it , I can not find any link on Gckey account to upload it !
they will ask for it anytime and usually you have 30 days to submit. it's country specific and may take longer than a month. you can apply for it now and send over when asked.
if you didn't receive msg in gckey but an email, you don't have the option to use gckey to upload. just follow instructions in the email.
Can anyone tell me please I did application in pgp 2021 and my parents medical is done. For 2021 pgp 2018,2019 and 2020 income. Do they need 2021 income too
Yes. You’ll need to meet LICO for your family size for 2021 and you will likely need to be above aLICO from 2018 until around 2024 based on processing times. Do you currently meet LICO for 2021? Things like EI for unemployment do not count towards LICO in 2021 unless there was an announcement declaring otherwise. For 2020 the government reduced LICO and allowed you to count many types of income that normally don’t count towards LICO.
Yes the benefits did count for the tax year 2020. It’s unclear what will happen in other years since it hasn’t been announced. There is still a lot that is not known about PGP2022

don't know about this. Everytime there's a message in my ircc account there will be an email with subject "We sent you a message about your application (FXXXXXXXXX)" from donotreply@cic.gc.ca
same with my inlaws application. We received ghost email on Mar 22 and it shows exactly what you have mention. I wonder when all documents will be approved and not say Null. We were able to link to gckey on Apr 7. It just says in process. And they will send a message if they start to review eligibity.
