Newcomers apply for ccb confusion

Hi guys, my family and I are newcomers to Canada.

When I was trying to fill in the forms for applying the ccb, there is one section that says if "The child started living with you more than 11 months ago" you'll need to attach several documents.

What does "The child started living with you more than 11 months ago" mean? A kind social worker told me I don't belong to this section.
But my kid lives with me since she was born, and she is 7 years old now. Do I belong to this section?
This sentence confused me a lot!

Does anyone have experience can help me, please?

Hi, this means when your child started living with you in Canada. For example, I came to Canada few years before my child came. So my child started living with me in Canada after few years after I came.
If your child came to Canada more than 11 months before then you need to provide more documents.
