That is weird and actually it shows that completed is not really reliable for us to think they won't ask us any more documents that already summitted!
. anyway when they ask you should send it in my idea, it does not matter why they ask it again I think. just make sure your pdf is clear enough before submit it.

Hello, I've done the F12, but what should I see there? I just see an email, but nothing else.

How do I check the Completed status you mention.

Open a chrome tab>press F12>you will see some pane opening up on the right>click Network in that pane>then click Fetch/Xhr

now go to https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/ then sign in and click view application

on the right click on "cases?phase" > then click Preview on its right

Then click on the arrows to see more notes

My concern that my mom family name is not shown on my birthday certificate, only first and middle name!

maybe you can explain for them by an email that your last name did not show in your birth certificate and attached your PR or citizenship again!
other expertise may help on this!

You should get an affidavit from back home(if you’re parents are in different country) signed by your mom stating that all the name discrepancies are in fact one and same person. That is what I did for myself.

I submitted my parents file on Oct 14. No comment received yet. Almost 7 months completed. Anyone else still waiting for response around same timeframe? Thank you

Yes I am October 28th file submitted. No response at all. F12 still shows 7 number. My documents are not even checked

My cases phase is showing following , what is to be understood ? Sponsor approval came on May 4th but no update on GC Key sofar.

that is a while ago, you should be able to linked it by now! maybe you enter wrong application number? try different numbers based on your case. or even the city like mine

Thanks, but if the issue with the name, why they ask me to provide birth certificate if they have it already and not enough for them ?do they expect that I can change it!!!!
