Anyone who has recently received any update from GTA-CEN office? I am Oct 2020 applicant and file was transferred from Mississauga to GTA-CEN in Nov 2021. Received DM in Feb 2022 and since there is no update. I applied for GCMS in March and no reply from there. Tried to call IRCC but no success. So, I am wondering if there's anyone else with same timeline and office?

I am specifically asking about GTA-CEN because I haven't found any members yet on this forum whose files are processed by this office.

GTA-CEN is a pool and not a specific office. Since things are online now, all applications esp the pending ones could have been put together in a pool and are then allocated. Quite likely that further communication will one from Mississauga office since that is your original processing office.

Thank you. I am just worried that it will be 3 months after DM next week and yet there is no sign of oath. Whereas these days I am seeing folks getting oath invite within 10 to 12 days of DM from Mississauga office.

This is so messed up. I applied for GCMS notes & no response yet. Also, these days calling IRCC doesn't help because their lines are always busy. If as akbardxb mentioned this is a pool and not an office, then I don't know when/if I will get a response on application. ☹

Yes I tried both and hasn't helped much yet. My fear is because its in this pool it will take a while for them to access these applications considering they will prioritize urgent, online and refugee application while dealing with lesser resources

I finally got success in talking with an agent few minutes ago. She said file has all checks and assessments complete, it is being processed at GTA (internal office that is not open for public) and it is not yet ready for oath.
What I don't understand is that if all checks are complete, then what is being processed? Shouldn't everything be processed before DM?
I hope any seniors have any idea with this.
