With most restrictions already lifted for fully vaccinated, I would like to understand specifically, how the unvaccinated are affect by current restrictions.

1. What are the current Covid-19 restrictions as it affects travelling to and from Canada?
2. How does the current restrictions affect fully vaccinated and unvaccinated?
3. Are unvaccinated allowed to leave the country after presenting appropriate test results?
4. What are your personal experiences?

At this time you have to be fully vaccinated to board a plane in Canada. Test results are not accepted as an alternative to being vaccinated.

If you are planning on landing and you are not vaccinated, that is possible and you'll need to comply with testing / quarantine rules. However soft landings are not possible since you won't be allowed to board a plane unvaccinated to leave Canada.

One need to be vaccinated in order to air travel within Canada.

They lifted the testing requirements for fully vaccinated travelers. That was the big change that happened recently.

No one is going to be able to tell you when you can expect further changes.
