Medical not updated

Hello everyone
I applied for Healthcare workers pathway, the application was initially refused but i applied for reconsideration, the officer requested for more documents which i submitted and the application was approved thereafter.
In the approval in principle letter, i was asked to send some documentation which i did. Few weeks after i didnt receive the medical request.

I sent an email to the Niagara office and they replied after few hours saying my previous medical has being updated to my file.

I keep tracking my application online through ECAS, it doesnt show medical received. Its been 4 months now.
I sent an email to them again 2 weeks ago but i didnt get any responce since then.

Should i be worried.?

Thank you, but my medical result not been updated to my ecas after approval is what am concern about, though the Niagara falls replied to my email saying the previous medical has been updated to my file,. Is this normal though

Extension to medical exam waiver policy expired March 2022, and if they updated your application before that time, you dont need medical exam. If they didnt, then they will send instruction to do medical exam. I have seen cases, where applicant receive Pre Arrival and Medical exam at the same time. IRCC are now dealing with medical exam backlog too. Many things seems not to be normal, this is one of them. Is update on ecas same as on your GCkey account?

yes i got copr but my family medical not updated on ECAS it has been a week. My medical was updated in a week. I think for outside Canada they don’t update. When they make a decision then they update on ECAS thats what I think
