withdrawn IEC - how can I enter the pools again?

Has anyone got an idea on how to reenter the pools again after withdrawing their application? Every time I try to create a new application the system tells me that I am already in the pools, which is not true because of my withdrawn application.

When did you officially withdraw? May take a few days.

No, it didn't. I've withdrawn it on the 27th and it's still the same.
