Reenter Canada using study visa after studies are finished

Hi everyone,
My studies are finished this April (2022) and I have a study permit and study visa valid till 30th August 2022.
1. I want to travel to India after receiving my completion certificate and return back in July end.
2. I will be applying for my PGWP once I'm back in Canada.
I need strong legal advice regarding both. If it's possible, and if not, what are the alternatives.

They say we need a TRV to re enter canada
