March 2022 application through GC Key timeline please

Hi Everyone,
Can I re-apply visitor visa for my parents from the same GC key account?
Earlier it was rejected because they were not able to give their biometrics?

Or shall I create a new gc key account and apply?

Exactly same condition of mine

Applied S V via GCKey in Nov 2021 , Parents not able to get Biometric , Medical passed, refusal on march 2022 for not submitting biometric on given time

Reapplied again with same GCkey in Apr 2022 , Biometric completed , Medical (which IRCC will use old one as validity should be 12 month ) , eligibility all pending ,
Not sure when i will hear back this time

Did you try the new portal too? I heard rejection is very high on the new portal.

No ,
Only Via GCKey Old portal
It does not matter .
if documents are completed , I don't think New or old portal matters

Hi did you ask this through the webform but no reply. I applied for supervisa through gckey in Feb and through portal in March, still no movement. Can you send the format of your message pls

Application on March 9, 2022
Biometric Completed on March 29, 2022
Still have no update till now despite I sent email with the same reply as yours.
