Hi Where exactly do you see the "Submitted" or "Completed" Status. Where should I click to see this status?
All I see is my case allotted to an IRCC officer but nothing else.

I have applied on 22-Nov but do not have any update yet including any ghost update.

There is small triangle drop down button at beginning of line where you see your case officer email id. you have to click on that to view other details.

Yes. Write an explaination letter and include proof of address change. We did the same back then. And there was no issue after we sent in the proof.

How long did it take to get to the next step after that happened?

Just saw my status updated in F12 from 7, "Submitted" to 10, "Completed". Applied Nov 21st.

When is the update date?
For me, the status is changed to completed on April 12. I have not got any update or email after that

a few months for me.. but that wasn't PGP 2021. So the timeline could be totally different now.

It looks like the case agent has reviewed the documents and they are complete but not 100% sure about this

No updates is also good news, means you did a great job no issues in your forms. Soon you will hear something positive

I believe "consent and declaration' in F12 is referring to the consent Sponsor/Co-sponsor had to sign in form IMM1344 or could be the principal applicant's digital signature before submitting the application in PR portal.

Thanks Chintan. I can see now. Status still showing a 7-Submitted. A lot of values are showing as "null". Im assuming it means that case has not been picked up yet.

already did what you said when I submitted all the documents in the portal last Oct 31. There are two(2) "consent and declaration" pdf files in the document section of the f12. I have not received any ghost email or any email for that matter since I submitted it last Oct 31. My only consolation on what is the status of my application is the F12 trick, where IMM008,5406,5562, and 5669 are reviewed/updated this April 20,22 and 24

Hello, I received an update on my in laws application and when I checked the pgp portal it says the application has been returned and the consent and declaration form is incomplete. There is no instructions on how to upload or resubmit it. I can't upload or click the start to sign the declaration form. Please help.

it's an online form served as digital signature of the principal applicant. you cannot submit an application without this form.
if you want to know what's in it, you can create a new blank application(but don't submit)in PR portal and find this form at the bottom. I haven't checked word by word but it's very similar to the "consent and declaration" part of IMM0008 pdf version.

how they process this form is a complete mystery. i see many times when the status is returned (to request a form etc) this consent form is automatically voided. if you don't have a document request i don't think you need to worry about this.
