I got intent to refusal letter today.

My noc is 7205 contractor and supervisor, other construction trades, installer, repairer and servicer.

my 2 jobs are Technical jobs. I didn't put any supervisory experience in my job duties.
they informed me that i need supervisory experience not technical for this noc.

What should be my response to get my nomination.?

This is a supervisory NOC. If your job included no supervisory duties, then it sounds like you unfortunately picked the wrong NOC.

Exactly what does the letter say? Which program did you apply through exactly?

So you did not select the correct NOC as 2705 is a supervisor NOC. The first job responsibility is about supervising staff.

from May 3, 2021 until the application date of March 10, 2022. The employment
letter indicates duties that appear to be of technical and not of supervisory
nature, including: monitoring moisture and structural materials, setting up drying
equipment and completing records, analysing floor samples, using construction
equipment and tools, inventorying damaged content and performing water,
performing fire and mold remediation. There is insufficient evidence of
supervisory functions and/or responsibility for a team of tradespersons, as
required by NOC 7205.

So your NOC is not close to 7205. NOC is 7611 or 7612.

Remodelling and Construction from September 16, 2020 until June 23, 2021.
Duties in the employment letter include: drawing floor plans, corroborating
adherence to construction codes as well as performing general construction work
such as wood and metal framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring etc. There
is also insufficient evidence of supervisory functions and/or responsibility for a
team of tradespersons.

You need to pick the correct NOC. Nothing you can explain to make your work under NOC 7205.

I can redo my job duties but how do i explain it to them?

You can’t redo them. Your employer does it. Your job duties are not supervising staff. Where you in charge of your team; completed work scheduling; involved in personnel and hiring?
