Entering travel history details in form IMM5669?

For form IMM 5669e, Are we supposed to enter travel history, such as 1-2 day visits out of the country in personal history as well? These are small trips, I had mentioned them in my travel history before.

If I do mention them, then I might have to split what I was doing at that time and mention the travel and then get back to the task what I was doing at that time? Is that the right way to enter them or we just create rows and enter them anywhere in personal history or at the beginning or end?
