SDS for fully funded PhD

My partner wants to apply for study permit under SDS. We are not able to provide proof of tuition paid, because it's a fully funded program. The university does provide an invoice of the tuition paid, but that will be in July, when they process their tuition from funded programs. If we provide a letter from the University stating the amount of fees and the fact that it's fully funded, will that suffice for proof of tuition paid?

That should be fine. If you haven’t received a response by July and have the invoice then submit a webform with the tuition paid invoice.
