Can I use my Ontario Health Card and PR card as ID for Citizenship application?

Hi,

I want to apply for citizenship with the following documents:

1. Ontario Health Card.
2. Canadian Permanent Resident Card.

After reading CIC's indications, it isn't clear to me whether this will be acceptable. Has anybody tried this?

ANY of this ONTARIO HEALTH CARD, ONTARIO GOVERNMENT ID CARD, DRIVING LICENCE , YOUR PASSPORT , i am use my driving licence and health card
