How much time took between temporary uci and permanent number

In my case it took 5 months before i got my aor.

They are issuing temp AOR as part of the public policy. They wanted to inform you that they have received your application and its in queue for review.

A kind of a confirmation of application received. Once the review starts, you will get a permanent AOR.

My UCI Starts with T & it is 13 digit number.
Temporary application number starts with XEP & it is 11 digit number.

I am trying to link this to online account but unable to do the same.

Can anybody throw a light here please about two time AOR thing?

If you filed in 2022, you can't link right now... If you filed in 2021... you should be able to link.

No, I have tried with GCkey and not linking with it. But the email format is same you have copied here.

You can't link by yourself if you have consultant already.
He/she have rights only.

You can do it by yourself.
Don't share any personal information with anyone like UCI and Application number. (Just Suggestion)
