Did they really call you to inform the approval? I thought IRCC never call us. It's interesting...
Congratulations , but I heard 1st. Time that IRCC informed by calling to applicant
She called to verify if my family is outside Canada to send PPR. 30 mins later i got PPR email for my family and 2 hours later i got Portal email.
