Request for all pages passport copy after citizenship test!

Hi all,
I got a request to submit a copy for all passport pages today ! I apply in July 2021 and passed citizenship test on Mid February.
Is this a bad sign that my application will take long time ? Or it went for secondary inspection or different pathway? How frequent this happens after citizenship test?

Paper applicants are now required to send all of their passport pages with their application, while some online applicants are not asked to show passport pages at all, that is as routine as it gets with the IRCC. It should be at the same time as the test or after; they verify your residency after the test.

when we take pictures of our passport pages can we take 2 pages at a time or does it need to be 1 page/picture?

Any update on the request and status of the application? I got the same request while my friend did not. I hope this won't make the application take longer.

When you say residency, you mean the 3 out of 5 years requirement? Because I've been out of the country long enough now while my application is processed that I'm not a resident (for tax purposes). Is this a problem? Planning to move back pretty soon once interview is done and ceremony is sometime in the near future.

Just make sure you're still a PR before oath (2 out of 5 yrs).

I got a request to mail in all pages of my passport. I already submitted this with my application. Why are they asking me to submit again ? How long does it take to acknowledge when you send in documents because my tracker isn’t showing anything about the documents request .

did they ask for passport outside 5-year eligibility period?

My tracker was not updated until after I sent (emailed) my scanned passport pages again, and then had the interview with the officer.

Mine updated to say "interview required" and then I got an email asking for the passport scans.

no. within the 5years eligibility. i sent the copies when i sent in my application. now they are asking again
