This is for high school? You need to do some research and pick a city. Start with private schools and contact them about admission. You will need a Canadian guardian so ask the school if they provide guardianship. If you need boarding, then ask if they provide that. Pay tuition and then apply for a study permit.
The school may be able to have that service if you are boarding at the school. There are Canadian organizations that do this for a fee but again, you need to talk to the school and do your own research.
Also, if you are attending high school in Canada on a study permit, you can’t work at all in Canada. You can only work in Canada up to 20 hours a week on a study permit for post-secondary studies. So you need to show all the funds (tuition and living expenses) to support your high school education.
Do you have proof of 25k/yr minimum? To attend a public school and stay somewhere during the school year you are likely looking at 25k/ minimum although costs are likely higher. Unless your family is very wealthy it doesn’t make sense to come to Canada for high school.
So you need to research on your own and find a school, and ask the school about guardianship. Then apply for a study permit.
