No changes in PR Portal

i am worried, i applied in oct21, i have not received any ghost email or bio/medical req. how would i know if i am missing anything? it looks most of the applicants, applied in oct21 has received some sort of email.

2019-06 doesn't have validation button but has hand signature option (in letter they have asked validation and hand signature)
2018-11 has validation but only electronic signature.
This creates confusion.

Has anyone submitted IMM5475 Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (If Applicable) for the PGP PR 2021?

This is the only form that shows 'Incomplete' in my parents' application which shows 'Returned' status. I've not heard back from CIC's web form.

My mom (PA) did not get any other email from CIC explaining the issue. I know IMM5475 was not part of the checklist; however, there does not appear any error on my fully signed form.

Moreover, the 'Consent and Declaration' shows incomplete too.

Anyone else in the same boat? Any idea what should I do next - I am unable to re-upload the form. Do I just delete the form or send another IMM5475 via CIC's webform?

Also, when I hit 'View Application' it gives the following warning message below:
"Submissions for this category are now closed. Your application cannot be submitted as the category you are applying for is now closed. Please refer to the application guide for further details."

I cant even link the application on cic portal. Is it normal or should I be worried?

Looks like for whatever reason, my application is an odd one out.

Got biometrics request around 6 April but no medical request or sponsorship approval as of now.

For everyone else, the 3 go hand in hand.

Hello , I applied for parent sponsorship in Dec and receive email in Feb stating my application is returned due incomplete information IMM 5406. To send a complete form via email or mail. I returned the form via email but have not received any confirmation. The PR application status on portal still shows return . Has anyone had application return . And did they have to do any additional step after emailing the documents back . Or did they get an update

I got it first time.... however the confusion is she does not have any dependent ( my wife's brother is 27, cannot consider him dependent).
Am I suppose to just fill the 5406 for her mother ... is that correct??

 IMM 5406 (for Principal Applicant): The Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) provided was not completed fully. Please provide a current, completed, signed and dated Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependents aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must sign their own copy of this form by hand.

Sections A, B and C must be fully completed. The Name, Marital Status, Relationship to applicant, Date of birth, Country of birth, and Address must be filled. The street number, street name, city, postal/zip code and country are mandatory for Canada and USA addresses. All other countries must provide the City, Province/State/Parish and Country.

If any information is not known, please enter in “Unknown”. If you are unable to provide any of the information listed above for any individual listed in section A, B and C, you must provide an explanation. You must submit the most recent version of this form.

I received this exact email I’m February and submitted via email . But have not received any update since then . And application status is still showing return. Did you get any update ? Or did you have to update the portal ? Thanks
