Need PCC , how can I get it without having valid passport from India ?

Can I ask for grounds of asylum claim from India? I have not heard of too many refugees from India so just wondering..
Also, if possible see if there are companies/ people in India who are able to get the PCC based on the old passport details. Sometimes they charge a lot but they may be able to find some way to do it locally, especially if you have any other valid ID card to show instead - am sure there are many Indians without passports too who have Aadhar card or some other ID that can be used?

Usually you don't need a pcc from the country you fled from, is it for dependents?
See your previous thread on this topic and the responses there (link below). Also, you need to be more accurate in your posts. the PCC is not for an asylum application. You need to provide full and accurate details if you want help.
