Can we call Mississauga office to know about our citizenship application status

Does anyone have the below updates?
My old ecas portal shows DM
Whereas new tracker still shows Physical Presence, Language Skills and Prohibitions as Inprogress and Citizenship Ceremony Not Started.

Let me know what can I expect here.

If you see DM in the old ECAS not too long ago, you should see "Completed" in the items Physical Presence, Language Skills and Prohibitions in the new tracker pretty soon. Keep tracking.

There is no formula of time line, all depends on luck.

Wow, so oath is 8 months after DM. Not sure how Mississauga office is working.

I have a citizenship oath tomorrow. I would like to know the next steps/process after citizenship oath? I mean the application of passport/OCI? I need to travel to india next month, I am wondering is it possible for me to travel india first with indian passport and once I return I will apply for canadian passport? If anyone knowns about it, please share it with me. Thank you in advance.

You will not be able to return back on Indian Passport as your PR Card will be cut during Oath. You will have to get Canadian Passport from India, exit visa in India etc. Don't plan for that unless you are going for atleast 2 months.

Got GCMS notes - primary office is Mississauga and secondary office is GTA central. Eligibility is in Progress.

Got transferred from CPC Sydney office.
