Hi guys, I have a question when will IRCC send the biometrics and medical is that after they done background check or before? Please and thank you

I think they send biometrics when they need to start to check applicant's background.
Medical when eligibility clear

That’s what I thought too but I called IRCC this morning the phone system will give us the current status and it says my background check is going on.

1 (888) 242-2100 this is the number I called listen to the instructions give theUCI number when ever they ask and then file number later.

What do they check in background any idea,as it is taking many months to do so.

Like criminal records
You record country you have visited other than your home country

Etc

Months God knows
In my case tomorrow will be 4 months but still I didn't get any update
