*I have master degree which is not matching with my work experience but my graduation degree matches with my work experience.I have master's equivalency from IQAS and I want to apply for SINP that says education and work experience must be in line. If I apply with these docs my application can be rejected by sinp but overthere Could I say that I got this job on the behalf of my bachelor degree rather than on my master's degree. In this case Will my case be accepted or not? Pls anybody shed light on this matter.*

What is your NOC? What is your SINP score with masters and with only bachelors? Do you have an ECA for your bachelors to match with the work experience? If so, use your bachelors and not masters.

My noc code is 0121
With masters my score is 68
I think with bachelor it would be 65
I do not have eca of bachelor. I have got it assessed with both degree.
Could I mention that I am working in my job bcoz of bachelor rather than of Master's.
SINP rules are clear. You don’t have an ECA for the bachelors so you can’t match it to the NOC. All you can do is submit, wait for nomination, apply and then see what happens. Honestly, your score is low for SINP. You need to increase your score. Don’t believe any NOCs are selected at 68 except for certain trades.
In jan-12 2022, people were invited having only 68points of sinp. In future this can also happen. You mean to say I can't prove to sinp. So then is there any other way?
Did you check the draw sheet? It nominated 37 people with scores of 68 in NOCS - 3211, 3234, 4151, 3216, 3143, 3215 so healthcare. Again the draw sheet (not just the score) will tell you if your NOC is selected and at what score.
