I am applying for Canada visitor visa along with my brother in my gc key ac.

So my concern is wether it is applicable with 5713 or I need to fill another form?

How old is your brother? If you are filling out the form on his behalf then he fills out and signs 5713.

So he has his own GC account, and he applies independant of your application. Your applications are not together. He then signes off on 5713 so you can be the representative.

He needs his own GC Key. He is not a minor or dependent. Your applications are not tied together. You are not immediate family but he can allow you to submit on his behalf. You each have to show funds, travel history, ties to your home country, the purpose of travel, etc. All my family members have separate accounts.
