They didn't let me in for the OATH ceremony

Hi,
I was scheduled for a virtual Oath Ceremony today ( April 19, 2022 ) but they didn't let me in, because they said my application is missing some information.
language skills and physical presence are still in process.
how come they forgot those steps and sends me for an Oath ceremony, stupid mistakes from IRCC.
It has been 2 years since I applied in 2020 and still language and physical presence are in process.

Sorry to hear that hopefully they will update soo for u ! For me still since 2019 languages skills and physical in progress and just April 09 did my test and also this in progress till now I called them this morning said there’s 100 of test they have to review and asked her how come some people they get updated right away said cans answer this question !!!

No one called or email me anything.
at least to tell me that they made a mistake and sorry for that and they will process my application
