Dear Sir/madam, APEGS assigned me 'confirmatory exams', so do I need to take exam or confirmatory exam letter is sufficient for get Canada PR in Saskatchewan ? Can anyone please help me?

My NOC 2173, i am planning to apply through employment offer In saskatchewan.
Does it fine that I don't need to appear in the exam and will only show a letter from APEGS indicating that you have been assigned Confirmatory Exams. ? Does they will hold my PR process until i clear exam ?

I have been assigned APEGS Confirmatory Exams with the option to submit work experience to waive it off. Could I just submit this letter to SINP? Although it is stated that there is an option to waive of the confirmatory exams by work experience reporting. Then I'll process the work experience reporting concurrently (or maybe after the SINP nomination).
I am concern with my express entry profile as it will be expiring soon. So, as much as possible I would like to get the SINP nomination ASAP and get the EE invitation.
