Trv stamp outside Canada

Hi guys
I applied for a new trv from Canada on the 6th of April. I haven’t received any update so far. I am actually traveling back to my home country on 25th of April. I was wondering if I do get my ppr before I go, is it possible for me to get the visa stamp from my home country.

Yes, you can get the visa stamp in your home country if the TRV isn't approved soon enough.
