Anyone travelled from india - (via frankfurt) to canada through Air Canada ?

Hello, did any Indian Passport holders travel from India to Toronto via Frankfurt on a Air Canada flight operated by Lufthansa? Were you guys allowed to board with Indian passport?

There still is confusion with this route as customer care is providing mixed answers. I see few people had scheduled flights earlier, please share your experience.

You need PCR testing to board your flight. Lufthansa (or Canada) would not accept test from India. How do you plan to circumvent that?

Lufthansa has mentioned that people who are travelling from India will not be allowed to board their flight onwards from Frankfurt as PCR tests from India are not accepted. You will need a Schengen visa, get a test done in Frankfurt and take a new flight after you get your test result

Just a reminder that Germany needs transit visa for Indians. Plus you need to get the PCR test done there or somewhere else.

A transit visa is not required for Indians if you have a valid Canadian visa

Can't do PCR through Doha as well afaik, need to enter. I'm flying through Russia. They are giving tourist visas.

Unfortunately no confirmation regarding this yet. No luck after reaching out to Lufthansa as well. But as per the notification in German immigration website, its mentioned all Canadian visa should be fine as long as the visa is valid.
