She needs to qualify on her own. There's no way for you to sponsor her or for her to benefit from your status.
If she wants to work in Canada, then she needs to secure a job offer from an employer in Canada and an approved LMIA so that she can apply for a closed work permit.
If she wants to visit then she needs to apply for a TRV and show ties to her home country and funds to pay for her visit.
She can visit you by applying for a visitor visa. If she wants to study or work:
- Express Entry based on age, education, skills, language
- Study permit
- LMIA with closed work permit
- PNP
Thanks for the reply. The thing is she is not good at English. She is now 30 years old. If I apply for a study permit for her, I am not sure which courses I can apply for and how can I apply for a work permit. Any further suggestions?
For a study permit, she needs to show that the program builds on her education and leads to career progression in her home country to justify costs. She will need to show that she is proficient in English.
For a work permit, she needs to a job offer. Then the employer pays $1k and files a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR can do the job, only her. Then wait for LMIA. Once LMIA is approved, she applies for a closed work permit. The process is long.
I would recommend that she strengthen her English skills in her home country before she tries to come to Canada on a study permit. As said above, when you apply for a study permit, you generally need to show that you can communicate effectively in English (or French) through providing IELTS test results.
