Work permit time and checking status

I did my eligibility interview on 1st April 22.
Officer informed me about work permit will arrive in 2 weeks.
Is there anyway i can check status of this work permit?

You will get the letter stating that "your WP has been approved and mailed" and then I don't know. I got mine(letter) on 8th April 2022 still nothing by post.

And my eligibility interview on the date: 05.03.2022, the officer told me I will get my WP within 4 weeks, but still nothing but an approval letter.

I think you have to wait till get that letter at least. After that letter if you not get any WP by post they suggest us to contact IRCC after 6 ( six) weeks. So , I guess may Lord give us a lot of patience to remain in Canada and be with their very slow process.

My interview was on JAN 29,2022 .
Still haven't received my work permit . They don't accept calls ..
Nothing i can do

Can i apply for SIN number on letter that i received before actual WP arrives in mail??
