December 2021 CSQ for Spouse Sponsorship

Hi all, please share your timeline if you submitted your csq application for spouse sponsorship around December.

My timeline is as follows:
CSQ application received on December 6th,
Credit card charged on December 20th,
received CSQ AOR by mail on December 23rd (letter dated December 20)
still haven't received the CSQ approval yet.

Normally they issue the CSQ within 25 business days, is the delay due to the holidays? I am very worried.

Yes, my wife landed at YVR in late March. Now we are waiting for her PR Card.
